The Extech MO220 Wood Moisture Detector monitors the moisture in wood and other building materials and it measure directly with the built-in moisture integral pin electrodes or you can use the heavy-duty remote hand-press probe on hard surfaces. The memory contains eight wood groups with calibrations for approximately 170 species of wood. This detector has been designed in a rugged, double molded housing construction and is pocket sized for an easy one-handed operation. It uses the automatic temperature compensated readings when it is being used with the temperature probe. There is a built-in calibration check, replaceable measurement electrode pins and a low battery indication. Also, this detector has a user settable auto power off function with a disable feature.The Extech MO220 Wood Moisture Detector comes complete with a remote moisture probe, a temperature probe, a protective cap, the replacement pins, a pouch case and a battery.
